Stand Up Paddleboarding

Stand Up Paddling, or SUP, is a fun water activity that only requires a board, a paddle, and your core body strength! Think of a large surf board that is wide enough for you to stand on, and a long paddle that you use to propel yourself forward. Being able to stand on top of your board gives you an awesome perspective of the water below you, and the scenery around you. Not only can you get an amazing cardio and core exercise, but throw in the wildlife and beautiful scenery of the lake and you have yourself an exercise that you will truly enjoy.
